Aquaria Water Park, managed by Fuego Hotels and Properties and developed by Landco Pacific Corporation, is a water park especially designed for families, friends, beach-lovin’ travelers and for just about anyone who wants a quick and satisfying leisurely break mixed with an enjoyable water adventure.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
1. Buy and Book Basis – meaning payment shall be made first before actual booking with Aquaria Water Park. In cases of cancellations, yourTravy Terms and Conditions apply.
2. Peak Season: (March-June, December) / Super Peak Season (Christmas, New Year & Holy Week)
3. Child Rate (3-10 y/o, and must also be below 4ft.) – 50% off
4. Aquaria Waterpark and Crusoe Cabins are strictly following physical distancing, wearing of face masks and face shields, and other measures to create a safe and low-risk environment for all. During the guests’ arrival, they should present the following as required by the Local Government of Calatagan.
a. A copy of your confirmation letter to prove that you have an advance booking
b. Barangay Certification signed by BHERT and Barangay Chairman a day prior arrival date stated that you are not showing any symptoms and not on the list of probable, suspect and confirmed Covid-19 case or Negative RT-PCR results dated from the time of release at least a day before your arrival/check-in.
c. Valid / government-issued ID
Guest/s must bring two (2) hardcopies of the documents as one set will be handed over to the Officer-in-charge at the checkpoint.
5. (Aquaria Water Park Terms & Conditions):
The Club shall charge the CLIENT for the guaranteed number of persons as booked plus the actual number of persons in addition to the reserved number based on the headcount during the day of visit / function itself.
Aquaria and Crusoe will not allow any reduction in the number of guaranteed covers later than TEN (10) days prior to the date of function. Any increase made in the guaranteed number of covers should be made not later than FIVE (5) days.
The CLIENT specifically agrees that in case of cancellation of function for whatever reason the following will be implemented:
15 to 21 days before the event, CLIENT will be charged 50% of the total contracted package cost.
Less than 14 days and for “No-show”, CLIENT will be charged 100% of the total contracted package cost.
Any loss, damages, breakages or injury that the Resort and/or its guests may suffer attributable to acts or omissions of the CLIENT during the function, shall give rise to the latter’s liabilities which the former may recover under the existing law.
A cancellation fee of 20% based on total contract price or cost of all materials prepared for the function, whichever is higher, shall be made if any cancellation of prior reservation is made due to force majeure. “Force majeure, for purposes of the rules, shall mean acts of God, calamities, actual disasters, and other reasons beyond the control of diligence of the reserving party.”
Aquaria and Crusoe reserve the right to substitute similar or comparable accommodations/ menus for the function in case of fortuitous event.
Any/ all national and city permits, licenses before holding the function covered by this agreement shall be responsibility of the CLIENT.
The court of the Municipality of Calatagan, Batangas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute or difference that may arise between the parties under this contract.
